You can book a tour by filling out the enquiry form on any tour page, contacting us via WhatsApp at +27 64 010 4405, or sending an email to info@noeltraveltours.com. We'll respond within 2 hours with availability and a personalised quote.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), electronic fund transfers (EFT), and cash. Payment details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to the full tour fee. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.

For most tours, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the tour. Airport transfers require full payment in advance.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Citizens of many countries (including the UK, USA, EU, Australia) can enter South Africa visa-free for up to 90 days. Check our Travel Info page or contact your nearest South African embassy for specific requirements.

South Africa uses the South African Rand (ZAR). Major credit cards are widely accepted. ATMs are readily available throughout Cape Town. We recommend informing your bank of your travel plans before departure.

Cape Town is wonderful year-round! Summer (November-March) offers warm weather perfect for beaches and outdoor activities. Winter (June-August) is whale watching season and offers lush green landscapes. Spring (September-October) brings wildflowers. Each season has its own magic.

We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe walking shoes. For whale watching and shark cage diving, bring a warm jacket as it can be cool at sea. Sunscreen and a hat are essential for all outdoor tours.

Most of our tours are family-friendly. The Winelands Tour, Cape Point, and Safari are suitable for all ages. Shark Cage Diving has a minimum age of 12 years. Please contact us for specific age recommendations.

Most tours operate rain or shine. However, boat-based activities (shark cage diving, whale watching boats) may be postponed due to rough seas. In such cases, we'll reschedule at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

Meals are generally not included unless specified. Our Safari tour includes a buffet lunch at Aquila Lodge. For other tours, we stop at restaurants where you can purchase meals at your own expense. We can recommend great options!

Yes! We offer luxury airport transfer services to and from Cape Town International Airport. Our professional drivers track your flight and greet you at arrivals. You'll receive a WhatsApp notification when your driver arrives.

We use executive-class, immaculately maintained vehicles for all our transfers. Our fleet includes luxury sedans and spacious SUVs, all air-conditioned and equipped with passenger liability insurance.

Don't worry! We monitor all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge. Simply keep your phone on and we'll stay in contact via WhatsApp.

Yes! All our tours include complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off within the Cape Town city centre and surrounding areas including the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point, Camps Bay, and Tableview. Please confirm your accommodation location when booking.

We offer private and small-group tours. Our vehicles accommodate 2-12 guests depending on the tour. For a more intimate experience, you can book a private tour for your group.

Yes, all our guides are fluent English speakers. Some also speak Afrikaans and Xhosa. If you require a guide who speaks another language, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
