Bookings & Enquiries
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation via email or WhatsApp from Noel Travel Tours.
Pricing
All prices are quoted on a per-enquiry basis and depend on factors such as group size, tour date, and special requirements. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Tours cancelled by Noel Travel Tours due to weather or safety concerns will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
Tour Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly during tours. Noel Travel Tours reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a guest's behaviour endangers themselves, other guests, or the environment. No refund will be given in such cases.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Noel Travel Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during tours, except where caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend that all travellers have comprehensive travel insurance.
Photography
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed. These images may be used for marketing purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
